Vapes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless found defective.
Please check your vape for any issues at the time of purchase or delivery.
If there is a problem, you must contact the shop within 24 hours to request an exchange.
Exchanges can only be made in-store — delivery drivers will not return for exchanges.
Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
